• A reconverted garage into a market place with art galleries, food shops, to theater.

  Floating boxes made of polycarbonate and fabric are interwoven at different heights.

  The sheer material allows for gradients of visual and programmatic connection.

  At moments the openings in the box aligns to give views of the sea.

  Vertical utilities occur where boxes overlap to surround columns. This frees the rest of the space for lightness and flexibility.
